Message from the CEO
As President and CEO of the Manitouwadge General Hospital, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Accountability & Transparency section of our website.
In this section, you will find information that demonstrates the quality of services you can expect from our team. In 2007-2008, we embarked on a new Strategic Directive with four key initiatives:
- Enhance Clinical Services
- Nurture a Healthy Workplace
- Demonstrate Accountability
- Advocate Wellness
This section of our website is a key step in our third initiative; Demonstrate Accountability. All of our key indicators are available for you to see. Our financial and annual reports are located here as well. As you can see, Manitouwadge General Hospital remains committed to delivering the best care possible in a fiscally responsible fashion. Each and every member of our team is dedicated to making this happen. As our survey results demonstrate, we get it right the vast majority of the time.
In the year ahead, guided by our Strategic Directions and working with our system partners, we will continue with our efforts to help improve quality of care and patient safety, and to deliver better value for money with the services we provide.
