At our diabetes program, our goal is to help you live with diabetes to the best of your ability.
We help you learn to maintain healthy blood sugar levels with a balanced diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle and medication for some.
We also provide individual counselling in order to help you make decisions about self-care to suit your personal needs and lifestye.
The diabetes care team includes:
