50th Annual General Meeting of Members

the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Santé Manitouwadge Health Corporation (the “corporation”) will be held in the Judith C. Harris Board Room of Santé Manitouwadge Health, Manitouwadge, Ontario, on TUESDAY, the 25th of June 2024 at 1900 hours for the purpose of:

a) Receiving and considering the financial statements of the corporation for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, together with the Auditor’s report;

b) Receiving and considering the reports of:

   i) The Board Chair ii) The Chief Executive Officer
   iii) The Chief of Staff

c) Electing /appointing Directors is accordance with By-law No. 8 of the Hospital;

d) Appointing Auditors
