Routine pap test screening and well-woman assessments are performed by the Manitouwadge Family Health Team registered nurse as per preventative health guidelines.

These appointments are scheduled to take approximately 40 minutes.

The Ontario Cervical Screening Program recommends preventative pap test screening if you fit the following criteria:

• Sexually active or have been sexually active
• Between the ages of 21 to at least 70
• It has been 3 years or more since your last pap test
